Feel free to call or WhatsApp us on 0615574945 to arrange your booking. • If a time slot isn’t available, you can join the waitlist – we’ll notify you if a spot opens up. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand life happens, but please respect our time and other clients. • You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will be charged the full treatment price. • Repeated no-shows may result in limited booking privileges. ⏳ Waitlist Policy If your desired time is fully booked, you can join the waitlist directly via our booking system. • If a cancellation occurs, you’ll automatically be notified and offered the free slot. • Waitlist operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
